Job Description

CREDIT CONTROLLERSTALYBRIDGEHYBRID WORKING9 MONTH MATERNITY CONTRACT £23,000 - £27,000 + BENEFITS (PRO RATA)IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AVAILABLETHE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited is partnered with a global Chemical Manufacturing business, with offices in across the country. The Business are looking to hire a Credit Controller to cover a 9-Month Maternity contract. You will join the finance team andsupport the Credit Control Manager and the Management Accountant.CREDIT CONTROLLER DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Responsible for setting credit limits when appropriate.
  • Managing all E-billing processes.
  • Coordinate with customers as required to settle queries and issues.
  • Support the Credit Control Manager with tasks.
  • Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate resolutions with relevant managers.
  • Responsible for managing all inbound queries with invoices.
  • Reconciliations of customer accounts
  • Coordinate with Collection agencies and Solicitors to collect over-dues
  • Any other ad-hoc finance duties
KEY EXPERIENCE:
  • 2+ years of experience in a Credit Control setting
  • IT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel and SAP
  • High attention to detail
