Job Description

Florence & Amelias is a vintage inspired coffee shop and wine bar, and home and gift shop, in the centre of Stalybridge, a small town with lots of potential! Florence & Amelias is a small yet ever growing business with a hugely supportive team.We are looking for an individual who shares our passion for excellent food and service. This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious and experienced assistant manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for running shifts, implementing andmaintaining new systems, planning and organising events and creating memorable dining experience for our guests.Being a small business with a close-knit team, we work really closely with one another which makes the team feel like a family. We understand the importance of work life balance and spending time with our loved ones and actively encourage a flexible work-lifebalance.The Salary package is £16,000 to £20,000 based up experience.Main Responsibilities

  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all our guests.
  • Ability to schedule and run shifts
  • Stock checks, food orders and forecasting
  • Reservation management
