You will provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers ensuring that all orders are processed, generatedand delivered in line with customer and business requirements. You will interface between customers, sales and companys Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and act as an advocate for your accounts to ensure you maximise fulfilment of customer orders to expectedtime lines and maximise revenue for the company. As a member of Customer Logistics Team within the Operations department youll be responsible for a specific region and customers within that region. Work with colleagues to provide cover and a consistent and standardized level of services across accounts andregions.
