Job DescriptionCladder (CSCS) - Staines - NEW!The Company:GOCO Property Services are Expanding! My client is a successful Property Service Company based in Milton Keynes. They specialise in roofing and cladding solutions nationwide.The Position:Due to continued and planned growth my client is looking to take on experienced Roofer with CSCS qualification card.Key Skills required:

  • Roof Cladding experience
  • Wall Cladding installation
  • Experience with Giromax Systems
    • Duties will include general roofing/cladding with cleaning and maintenance services as and when required.We are looking for staff to come on board on a sub-contractor basis with daily working hours of 8am - 4pm.The initial work will be around 4 - 6 weeks with a potential of renewal for more work.The ideal candidate will be the following skills and abilities:
  • Power and hand tool
  • Safety procedures knowledge
  • Commercial construction
  • Effective multi-tasking
  • Self-motivated
    • Upon return we will offer you a good daily rate of pay and a company vehicle. This all depends upon your experience and everything is negotiable for the right candidate.The role requires you to have at least 3 years’ experience in Roofing within the commercial sector and a full driving license.Any certifications such as CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, SMSTS or industry related would be highly beneficial.The Location:Initially work will be in Staines and is commutable from Slough, Berkshire and london.This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and hardworking small business with the chance to gain experience within their business sector.The Pay:£130 - £150 - per day Required skills
