Due to continued growth in the company are now seeking to recruit an AV Global Service Desk VNOC Engineer to bring existing experience and qualities into the skilledremote support team. You will be responsible for maintaining high levls of customer service through helpdesk and rmote technical support subject to tight SLAs and KPIs. This role requires developing and sustaining excellent customer relations whilst providingfirst class remote technical support for immediate fault resolution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with experience in Network system comprehension ,VC call signalling comprehension .AV control system Logic and NOC/VNOC"AV GLOBAL Service Desk VNOC Engineer"*First line technical response to fault tickets received - Remote diagnosis and fault resolution*Direct phone and email support of client* Microsoft Dynamics management of service cases from creation to resolution*Content deploymemt for Digital Signage*Managing and implementating systems AV systems back-ups and firmware updates*Will have previous experience in Control systems Creston /AMX/Extron - Remote Management Tools Fusion/RMS/SolarWinds/XioCloud/TMS/Resource manager/PolyLense - Digital Signage - Omnives/Sedna/Tripleplay/Exterity/Appspace/Mediastar/InteviAudio Systems - Q-sys Biamp/Soundstructure/Harman Audio ArchitectStrong VC Endpoint knowledge of Polycom/Cisco/Lifesize/Solstice/Crestron -VC infrastructure and interop knowledge Polycom/Cisco/Zoom/Teams - Video Distribution Crestron DM and DM-NVX Extron Kramer - IPTV Medistar/Onelan/Exterity/Tripleplay/Inetevi*A proactive "can do" approach with excellent attention to detail and commercially sensitive*Additional languages would be a distinct advantageBenefits:* Rotational shifts to cover 24/7 Working shift patterns (6 week cycle) full details will be providedincluding weekends Hybrid working Can work remote from homewith access to office facilities day time hoursfor some of the shifts weekend shifts are from home * 3% pension contribution (after 6 months probation period)* 31 days holidays * Death in service benefits (3 x annual salary)* Company Health Care Plan(after 6 months probation period)*Company pension Plan * Free parking on site * Free tea, coffee etc on site excellent staff facilities
