WORKING FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY - Application Support Manager!Would you by excited by the prospect of joining a fast growing and innovative company who offer both remote working and an excellent company culture.If you have previously worked in App Support and have Team leader or Management experience an understanding of SQL and APIs then this come be the role for you.Job Title: Application Support ManagerRole Type: Permanent - Full Time 40 hours + on call rota.Office Location: Staines Upon Thames, remote working (office travel required once per week)Salary: 35k - 40kRole OverviewThe Application Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the Application Support team and providing technical assistance and support to users of the organisations software applications. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, leadership,and effective communication to ensure the smooth operation of applications and the satisfaction of end-users.Desirable Skills

  • Experience in leading a technical or support team within I.T
  • Exposure in working with SQL - structured query language
  • Excellent People and client management skills with a passion for service
  • Proven experience of training and developing technical support support
  • Networking experience and understanding of 3-tier architecture
  • Experience and understanding of APIs and Web Services Support
  • Good scripting skills and understanding of Microsoft Windows
  • Experience of business and organisational change in a complex environment
  • Experience working with Service Desk tools - Jira Service Desk/Service Now;
  • Experience working with Citrix and remote servers;
