Airfreight Gateway Manager If you are a mover and a shaker in the airfreight industry and looking for progression within a global organisation, we have the position for you!Our client an international freight forwarding and supply chain organisation with a global footprint is growing their London Heathrow facility with the appointment of an Airfreight Gateway Manager.The position requires an individual that is confident in developing relationships both within the organisation and with GSA’s and direct airlines.Whilst this is not a commercial position, we are looking for a business builder, an individual comfortable with developing existing business and supporting the sales and management teams with RFQ’s and high-level proposals.Job Criteria- Development of country airfreight product- Point of contact for GSA’s and airlines- Lead negotiations of rates and capacity- Support sales and management teams with RFQ’s and proposalsThe Individual - Minimum 5 years airfreight product experience- Well networked within the airfreight sector- Has previously held a senior or lead position within a freight forwarder- Related degree or degree in management, international trade or similar- Knowledge of Cargowise a benefit Required skills
