Job Description

Role OverviewWe are currently looking for a QA Officer or Senior QA Officer to join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Staffordshire. As the (senior) QA Officer you will work alongside a team of quality professionals supporting the QA manager withdeviations, root cause analysis, product rejection and recording any non-conformances.Duties and Responsibilities

  1. You will investigate and respond to customer complaints.
  2. You will support the QA manager in quality operations and resolve any issues when required.
  3. You will promote root cause analysis and use risk management tools to resolve issues.
  4. You will support change controls and ensure all changes are properly assessed and implemented.
  5. As the (senior) QA Officer you will identify containment actions, corrective and preventative actions.
Experience and Education
  1. A degree or masters in a relevant scientific discipline.
  2. Proven industry experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing GMP setting.
  3. A good understanding of CAPAs, deviations, change controls, non-conformances.
