Registered ManagerTalke, Staffordshire£40,000 - £45,000pa + benefitsBenefits Include

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation who are driven to change childrens lives for the better by providing specialist care services.With exciting expansion plans ahead they are now looking for experienced social care professionals with experience of working with children & young peoples residential care who have the professionalism, skill and expertise to be a Registered Manager withinthe organisation.The Role
  • We are looking for a leader for this service who is tenacious, passionate and has the ability to communicate will and build strong and productive relationships with both young people and their teams.
  • Through your leadership and motivational skill you will both personally and through your guidance of your teams ensure that the support of children within care achieve their best possible outcomes, using the bespoke residential care, education and therapeuticcare provided
Essentials
  • A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children (within the last 5 years)
  • At least 1 year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent, or you may hold Level 3 and be willing to take Level 5.
  • Candidates that hold a full, UK driving licence
  • Candidates must be over the age of 21 to meet industry regulations
