Regional HR Business Partner - home based, with travelWe are currently looking for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join the HR function of a growing business. The business has grown quickly by mergers & acquisition, and they are therefore growing quickly, and need a hands-on operational & strategicbusiness partner to work across the Midlands & North region.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR Business Partner with proven skills in influencing and persuading senior stakeholders, along with all associated tasks of mergers & acquisitions.Salary: Circa £58,000 - £65,000 + car allowance and excellent benefits Location: Home based, with Midlands & North as the region, it is estimated you will spend 3 days out and about at various sites and 2 days at home. Flexible workingAreas covered will include: Staffordshire, Midlands, & NorthDuties of the Regional HR Business Partner: * Proven experience of translations of strategy direction with complex requirements, stakeholder engagement and solutions within a highly demanding, front facing operational remit that deliver medium to long term value * Previous experience of combining day to day HR operational & strategy support, within a rapidly growing business* Managing HR projects that impact multiple areas - experience in project work would be a huge advantage * Responsible for actioning HR Strategy into actual results is key, along with a great personality! * Implementing and supporting the HR related initiatives and change programs which support the achievement of business goals and objectives* Supporting on various human resources matters including employee relations, performance management, employment law compliance and policy interpretation.* Responsible for the planning and execution of organisational redesign projects, M&A, change, restructuring, consolidation, and growth. * Overseeing the continual development of and reviewing HR policies to ensure legislative compliance and alignment with company goals.* Building a performance strategy to consider talent mapping and succession planning to develop key talent, upskill inconsistent performance and drive retention.Key skills for the HR Business Partner: * Strong business judgment with a pragmatic approach to problem solving.* An effective, persuasive, and articulate communicator.* Organised and flexible with the ability to prioritise a high level of workload and has an eye for detail.* An assertive, independent, and results-oriented individual with a strong drive to succeed.* Ideally you will come from a professional services background, however all applications will be consideredIf this opportunity is of interest, then please forward your CV and availability to or call for more information 0121-260 2520.
