Job Description

In this QA Specialist Engineer role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, providing training, and validating new modules through the funnel to completion.If you can provide training, manage projects and analyse data, this QA Specialist Engineer role is for you.Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and maintaining systems and validation of active and upcoming modules.
  • Coordinating and managing projects, including upgrades and other e-system applications.
  • Providing training for various systems.
  • Analysing data.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of product Risk Management Reports.
  • Assisting with QMS responsibilities.
  • Providing general support for activities falling under the remit of the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Validating new modules from design to live environment.
  • Creating, amending, and reformatting documents using Adobe InDesign.
  • Preparing and issuing documents globally using DocuSign.
Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of eQMS.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment such as pharmaceutical, medical device or food.
  • Able to successfully deliver training.
  • Ability to work to tight timelines.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Able to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to act on own initiative.
Education Requirements:
  • Level 5 diploma or equivalent in a scientific discipline.
