Job Description

We are recruiting a full time IT Support Analyst for a client. You will work in a small team and report to the Group IT Manager providing 1st/ 2nd line network, desktop and end-user support.Hours - Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 4.30.The IT Support Analyst will manage the internal helpdesk system and work with third-party contractors to ensure that users receive a high level of service and support.Profile and Requirements

  • Managing the Group Internal IT helpdesk system, providing support for the Network and Servers, Desktops, phone systems and mobile devices
  • Maintaining technical documentation and performing activities within the agreed internal SLAs and SOPs
  • Maintaining the IT hardware/ software inventory
  • Coordinating and supporting the delivery of IT services to the site
  • Software installations and configuration
  • Key server and data backups
The successful applicant will ideally have technical skills in;
  • Microsoft Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Windows Server 2016, Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2010 and Office 365, data networking and printer administration.
  • Demonstrable experience working within an IT support environment is preferable.
  • Microsoft Certification (MCP/MCSA/MCSE) would be advantageous.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate strong organisational, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills internally within an organisation and externally with suppliers and contractors.Benefits
