Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week (Maternity Cover 6 months) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join a hardworking and friendly HR Team on a one year fixed term contract (maternity cover). The successful candidate will havedemonstrable experience of working in a generalist Employee Relations environment preferably within a healthcare environment. As the HR advisor you would provide professional advice and support on generalist Human Resource matters to Voyage Managers, includingadvice on the handling of disciplinaries, grievances, capability and attendance reviews, ensuring that procedures are followed and employees are treated fairly. You would also proactively develop employment strategies relevant to the Operational Portfolioto ensure speedy and commercial decision making in resolving situations. You would maintain a HR Database daily, ensuring that all information is up to date and relevant to ensure that the company has excellent management information and monitoring systems.Weare looking for an effective communicator with a can-do attitude and the ability to interact at all levels. You will be CIPD qualified and educated to degree level or equivalent. Ideally you will have several years of hands on experience working within a HumanResources role especially in employee relations. You must have thorough knowledge and significant experience of current employment legislation. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and an ability to prioritiseand work to deadlines.
