Empowering Learning are supporting a secondary school based in the West Midlands, and in close proximity to the Peak District. They are seeking to appoint a new Headteacher from January 2023 on a permanent basis.The school is a mixed school, with strong pastoral support for both staff and students, coupled with a broad range of co-curricular activities, catering for students aged between 11-16 years.They are currently graded as Ofsted Good, with outstanding features and have become one of the most improved schools in their particular local area, coupled with a supportive learning community where you can reach your full potential.The successful person appointed will be an established Principal / Headteacher seeking a new challenge, or a highly experienced Deputy Headteacher / Vice Principal keen to move into their first Headship.
