I am working in partnership with a highly respected and forward thinking mental health charitable organisation to recruit for their new Head of Talking Matters.As a pivotal member of the charity, the head of talking will be a key member of the senior management team and be responsible for overseeing IAPT services from Staffordshire to Northumberland.Your will provide visible and confident leadership as a member of the Management Team, whilst being responsible for delivery of high quality, effective services. You will lead on continued innovation, integration and transformation of frontline services insupport of the organisations mission, values and strategy.
