A Head Chef role is available at a hotel located in StaffordshireRole:A luxury country hotel, which is currently being refurbished to an excellent standard and offers its guests high quality dining, is seeking to appoint a Head Chef to take charge of the kitchen operation.This is a hands on’ Head Chef role which will require you to lead the team of twelve other chefs from the front, directing service to ensure that the award winning standards in place are upheld.The venue boasts a one AA Rosette restaurant with a grill style menu that also offers Sunday lunches and is a very popular venue for banquets, weddings and conferences. The owners would like the successful head chef to maintain existing standards and to develop the lunch time trade.Requirements:All chefs applying for this role must have worked in a good independent property to at least Head or Sous Chef level in a venue where you gained or maintained an AA Rosette in the restaurant as well as having a busy banqueting department. As well as being a talented chef a strong but approachable personality is required along with financial acumen and excellent admin skills and being fully up to date with hygiene, allergen and safety requirements.Benefits Include:
