Our client is a professional business that is seeking a Front of House Administrator who would meet and greet visitors and guests, this role is varied and will involve administration work, teamed with the reception and some switchboard work as well. Thisrole will be working within a team who covers Reception and requires a professional, well-presented person.* Administration support for the contracts team* Answering incoming calls from both UK and overseas clients via the switchboard* Responsible for ensuring that the reception and surrounding areas are well presented* Taking messages and relaying them to the relevant individuals* Maintaining stock for the boardroom, kitchen and bathroom areas for multiple sites* Prepare and process purchase orders* Preparing meeting rooms as and when needed* Liaise with facilities company* Performing general admin dutiesCandidate Requirements:* Strong Administration experience* Proven reception experience* A professional and presentable individual who can manage a busy workload with a calm demeanour* Excellent communication skills - the experience in dealing with people at a high level* A pleasant and welcoming individualHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Salary: Negotiable Depending on ExperienceBrampton Recruitment is an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
