Job Description

Family Law Solicitor, Divorce, Matrimonial, Financial dispute, Child Law, Full time, Permanent, StaffordshireFamily Law Solicitor is required by a small but expanding niche, Family Law practice based in Staffordshire.You will be a Solicitor with a minimum of at least 3 years PQE. This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor looking for personal and career growth opportunities as part of a busy department; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern and dynamic practice. The Role & Required Experience:

  • You will independently manage a varied Family Law Caseload, the majority of which consisting of Divorce & Matrimonial Finances.
  • An ability to assist with and/or conduct private Children law cases would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills (via telephone and face-to-face), as well as Client care skills.
  • Good presentation and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, as well as towards targets.
  • Strong IT skills and experience working with a case management system.
  • Have knowledge of Solicitors Accounting Regulations.
  • Able to build and maintain good rapport with clients, as well as provide clear & accurate advice.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, an enthusiastic team player, accurate, organised and committed to meeting deadlines.
