Are you an Estimator with experience in Quantity Surveying Do you seek career progress and development in a high growth and dynamic team Do you want to autonomously handle large projects alongside an established and experienced team of EstimatorsThis main contractor operates nationally in the structural refurbishment sector - providing specialist and bespoke expertise across the structural, commercial, and roofing market. This contractor provides extensive expertise across various disciplines includingconcrete repairs, liquid roofing and coatings, budgetary specifications, movement, and expansion joints. Due to an impressive order book and continued growth across all sectors within the business, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to autonomouslylead projects and take them to the next level of success. In this role you will be undertaking activities including but not limited to; quantity take offs from drawings and/or site visits, producing pricing schedule documents based on the project requirements, carrying out site project surveys around the UK, assessingrisk levels of a project, producing tender stage programmes and corresponding to any client queries and information requests. Therefore, this role would ideally suit an experienced Estimator who is looking to take the next step in their construction career, working on technically challenging and diverse projects alongside an experienced team of Estimators.
