Job Description

Enterprise Architect - Mobile Application Integration (3-Month Contract, Outside IR35)Are you an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in mobile application development and integration We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our clients team on a 3-month initial contract.Responsibilities:As the Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in our mobile application integration process, contributing to various aspects to ensure the success of the project:

  1. System Analysis and Integration Planning:
- Analyse the existing IT systems landscapes and identify the systems that need integration with the mobile application.- Evaluate the capabilities, data structures, and integration protocols of these systems, ensuring seamless integration feasibility.- Plan and execute the integration approach for the mobile application.
  1. Architectural Design:
- Collaborate with the vendor to define the overall architectural framework for the mobile application and its integration with existing systems.- Identify necessary APIs, data flows, and integration points, addressing architectural challenges and proposing scalable solutions.
  1. Requirements Gathering and Validation:
- Work closely with stakeholders, our business analyst, and product manager to understand and verify functional and non-functional requirements of the mobile application.- Identify specific requirements related to interfacing with existing systems, such as data formats, security protocols, or transactional links, and validate them against system capabilities.
  1. Technical Guidance and Documentation:
- Provide expert technical guidance to the vendors development team during the roadmap creation process.- Collaborate with their developers to ensure the roadmap aligns with architectural design and integration requirements.- Document technical specifications, including system interfaces, data mappings, integration protocols, and error handling procedures.- Review and validate the roadmap for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices, enabling straightforward reusability in other territories.Requirements:To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:- Proven experience with mobile application development and integration.- Strong expertise in system analysis and architectural design.- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and integration points.- Experience collaborating with 3rd party vendors is desirable.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- DBS check will be completed.Join us in this exciting project, where your expertise as an Enterprise Architect will be vital in delivering a successful mobile application integration.
