My Client is a leading financial & property company who are a rapidly growing mortgage and protection services and legal business.They have a wealth of knowledge and experience within mortgage services supporting thousands of homebuyers with their mortgage and protection needs every yearI am Seeking a Divisional Sales Manager based in Stoke-on-Trent /Staffordshire AreaSkills you will need

  • An ability to inspire, lead and influence
  • Well-developed analytical skills to identify trends from management information and sales observations
  • Ability to implement actions and development plans required to improve performance
  • Excellent communication abilities, both in writing and verbally
  • Ability to monitor, evaluate and develop others
  • Experience in effectively implementing processes and make changes quickly and efficiently
  • Know the difference between a career and a job and use this to develop your team
    • Knowledge you will need
  • An excellent knowledge of Financial Services core products
  • Practical understanding of regulatory issues and the impact on each and every sale
  • In-depth understanding of Estate Agency business practices
  • An expert in the housing market and mortgage broking best practice
  • Working knowledge of how to identify and maximise business opportunities within the estate agency environment
  • Working knowledge of legislation impacting on a Financial Services business, specifically a mortgage and protection business
  • A good level of technical and e-commerce knowledge in order to train Mortgage and Protection Advisers to promote our services efficiently and effectively
