My client based in Cannock is looking to recruit a fulltime credit controller to join there team in stafford. The role is permant 5 days a week and will be manily office based with the business offering flexabl;e working patterns once probation has beencompleted.The role operates in a busy environment with multiple demands on time and resources. The dynamic nature of the business requires adaptability and flexibility, whilst at the same time adhering to pre-defined deadlines, legislative and regulatoryrequirements. The role requires regular interaction with relevant stakeholders and representing the company in a professional capacity at all times.Duties to include -Cash Collection : Managing own customer portfolio to ensure Cash is received on Time in Full, ensuring Working Capital Targets are consistently met. Liaison with Customers & Commercial Team to resolve queries Allocate Cash Statement Issuance Credit Limit Managementescalate where appropriateRebates & Credit Notes: Work with Commercial & Claims Team to manage Rebate / Credit Notes payment / allocationReporting: Report out each week overdues & action plans Issue KPIsAd-Hoc Cross Team Cover for Absences Support Projects as required External / Internal Audit DeliverablesIf this role is of intrest please send an up to date CV to
