I have the pleasure of supporting a Market leader in their search for a talented Category professional to further develop their strong relationship with two Retail customers.Operating in a sector of the Market that has over 80% household penetration, that is looking at additional ways to increase and improve its all year around sales, this is an exciting time to be making a move!About the role:As the Category Manager you will have several day-to-day responsibilities. The main areas of focus within the role are:Delivering Insight. You will be pro-active in providing Insight both internally and with your Retail customers.Enhancing the fixture and consumer proposition. Ensuring that there is a good level of innovation, and that the consumer is engaged with the brand and instore propositionDelivering to the two Range reviews, securing, and developing market share.You will be measured on penetration and frequency within your Consumer audience.About you:You will have worked closely with key UK retail customers and built range reviewsYou know have extensive knowledge of Kantar, IRI and NielsenYou will be a strong Category Executive/Analyst looking to make a forward move or a strong Category Manager that is looking for more autonomy within your current position.Whilst there is hybrid working, you will be expected to operate from the Staffordshire Head office for an agreed number of days each week, in addition to meeting with key Retail partners.If you are keen to join a Category leader in their continued growth, then reach out!
