Job Description

BI DEVELOPERSTAFFORDSHIRE£40,000-£45,000 +BONUS +BENEFITSTHE COMPANYThis company is a leader in the travel space and is looking for a BI Developer to come on board and manage this data quality area. You will report to the Head of Insight and Analytics and have a lot of ownership over this space. You will be working as anindividual contributor initially with the potential to grow out a data governance area.THE ROLEAs a BI Developer, you will sit within the central analytics function. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Work with the wider business to ensure the data that is in the warehouse is in the correct location for stakeholders to make use of
  • Taking data sources that exist and combining these together to ensure there is a single source of truth.
  • Transform data and get it into the right place, looking at the wider company data
  • Use SQL on day-to-day to conduct analysis.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEA successful BI Developer will have:
  • Experience using SQL in the commercial environment is a must.
  • Experience working on data quality projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with stakeholders.
