Our client occupies a corner of the market that is resilientand highly successful and you can now join their collaborative property team.Supported by two experienced Acquisitions Managers, the Acquisition Surveyor will initially focus on the front end of the acquisitions process help to collect, put together and present the data and information that will help them achieve their goals. In doingso you will learn a crucial part of the acquisition process setting you up from progression in the near future. Based 1-2 days per week from Staffordshire you can be based from anywhere in the UK with regular travelling to various locations around the UK inorder to fulfil your role.As one of the successful Acquisition Surveyor candidates you will have some Real Estate experience and a relevant qualification able to grasp the role and make it your own. You will have the capacity to learn quickly, be committed and have a strong work ethic.On offer to the successful Acquisitions Surveyor is the opportunity to go client side, become Chartered (if not already), progress to a more senior level and receive a base salary of up to £40,000 plus car/ car allowance.Sound too good to be true Well it isnt.
