Job Description

My client is a leading health care organisation dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals across the UK. They provide a wide range of health care services, including hospitals, fitness and well being centres, and medical clinics, allfocused on a mission of helping people live healthier, happier lives.Working Monday-Friday on a 3 shift pattern, you will get your rota weeks in advanceShifts:04:00-12:0010:30-18:3013:30-21:00Paying between £12.00 & £13.00 per hour weekly pay****We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable 7.5 Tonne Driver to join the team on a temp basis 5-6 months. As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient transportation and delivery of various health care supplies and equipmentto our facilities.**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. **Safe Transportation:** Safely operate a 7.5-tonne vehicle, adhering to all road safety regulations and ensuring the secure transportation of goods.
  2. **Loading and Unloading:** Responsible for loading and unloading health care supplies and equipment at various Health locations.
  3. **Route Planning:** Plan the most efficient delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  4. **Vehicle Maintenance:** Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance, reporting any issues promptly.
  5. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of deliveries, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly.
  6. **Customer Service:** Provide excellent customer service by interacting with facility staff during deliveries and maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
  7. **Adherence to Policies:** Follow policies and procedures regarding health and safety, security, and other relevant guidelines.
  8. **Teamwork:** Collaborate with colleagues and the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any delivery-related issues.
  9. **Adaptability:** Be prepared to assist with other duties related to logistics and transportation as required.
