Badenoch + Clarks client in Staffordshire requires an experienced Second Line Desktop Support Engineer. The contract is paying a rate of £15 per hour (Inside of IR35) and you would be joining a successful team who pride themselves on providing a first class support experience for their IT users.You will be taking ownership of support queries that have been logged by the first line service desk team that werent simple first fixes. You will be supporting a fairly standard Windows desktop environment, with some bespoke applications that you will be given the time to get up to speed on.In order to be considered, candidates must have the capability to resolve second line level desktop support problems and have experience of doing this within an large scale environment, so you must have strong customer service and customer facing skills. As this role will be based across two sites candidates must be happy to travel.
