Job Description

The Team & Focus of the RoleWould you like to join our established and driven infrastructure team in Stafford This office serves our clients within the utilities and infrastructure sector, and they are part of a close-knit network across the UK to deliver exceptional results for ourclients to ensure their assets are being managed and maintained safely and efficiently.Were looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. If youre a self-starter who enjoys having a varied working load and managing spinning plates, then this could be a great opportunity for you.This is a Permanent full-time Position. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm).Duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Making calls to 3rd parties
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Landowner records and updates
  • Administration of landowner data base
  • Filing/archiving
  • Mailmerges for client letters
  • Monthly invoice organisation
  • Supporting a team of FG surveyors out on sites around the UK
  • Diary management for themselves and the team
