Job Description

A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for an organised, positive and enthusiastic sales support candidate who is looking for a permanent fulltime roleThis role is to working in the fun and vibrant sales team with a down to earth, likable, brilliant manager.Within this role you will become a key support to the internal sales team and support them with processing orders and setting up new customer accounts.This role will be office based and can either be based in the St Neots Office (PE19) or Birmingham office (B6)This is a permanent, full time vacancy.Salary = £22-24,000 per annumExpected bonus = £5000 per annum on top of your salary (however this is uncapped and could be more)Hours = Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm – please note this role is fully office basedBenefits = Free parking 25 days annual leave that increasing with service, option to buy up to 5 additional days, Health care cash plan, 5% pension contribution, volunteering scheme, wellbeing support, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, progression opportunitiesavailableDuties of the role:

  • Loads quotes and orders for the sales team
  • Set up new accounts
  • Attends sales meetings
  • Provides general housekeeping of the CRM Database
  • Manages and services the office and infrastructure needs of the team
  • Liaises with other Head Office Departments
  • Prioritises and manages daily workload
  • Promotes products and services with customers
  • Maintains accurate pricing on the in-house system
  • Tackles administrative processes to assist sales team
  • Undertakes Proactive Sales work on occasion
The ideal candidate for this role:
  • Will have some previous sales support or administration experience but is opening to seeing candidates with wider administration experience
  • Must have previous sales order processing experience
  • Must have a positive, can do attitude
  • Enjoys working in a busy and collaborative team
  • Must be highly organised with a great attention to detail
