Job Description

Our client is a large leader in engineering technology and due to company growth, an opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive has arisen.The role is busy and varied, and every day can be different, so the ability to prioritise workloads and think on your feet is essential. The role is hands-on and involves all aspects of sales and support and customer service responsibilities.You will need to offer a high level of sales and customer service, process orders accurately and to address sales enquiries in order to ensure customers receive the correct goods, in time at the agreed price.Main office duties include:

  • Ensuring excellent customer service is carried out and customers are dealt with promptly and efficiently
  • Maximize sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
  • Good background in Microsoft Office (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point etc.).
  • Responding to customer and administration queries
  • Producing quotations and letters
  • Handling invoice queries
  • Checking prices are correct, adding customer prices in SAP and handling internal price queries
  • Managing incoming/outgoing telephone calls
  • Communicating with other departments
  • Develop good working relationships within the client’s organisation.
  • Reporting monthly sales Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Experience required:A minimum of 1 years in an internal sales roleExcellent telephone skillsGood interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of excel, word, outlookAwareness of CRM system preferredTechnical awareness preferable but not essential Required skills
