Job Advertisement: Buildings OfficerLocation: Secondary School, St. NeotsStart Date: As soon as possibleRole Type: Hands-on, Temporary with potential for Permanent ContractShift Patterns: 6am - 2pm or 10am - 6pmWe are seeking a dedicated Buildings Officer to join our vibrant secondary school in St. Neots. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive approach to maintaining our school’s facilities. The successful candidate will be our go-to person for minor repairs,routine maintenance, and security checks, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our students and staff.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting daily perimeter checks and maintenance tasks.
  • Addressing minor problems such as basic repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Managing the opening and closing of school premises.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Has relevant experience in maintenance or handywork.
