Website Delivery ManagerPermanent - £50,000Hybrid working (2/3 times a week, Office in St Mellons)Progression opportunities 2 Stage ProcessThe OpportunityYolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Website Delivery Manager to join their team. They are an extraordinary organisation based in Cardiff with a diverse workforce and inclusiveculture. Youll be joining a company full of passionate individuals, who take pride in their work and the business. In return, our dedicated teams are supported, encouraged, nurtured, developed, and rewarded. The team itself is made up of a couple Web Developers, DigitalArchitect, and Digital Support officer. The presence within Digital is a new area for my client and they are looking for someone who is as passionate and hard working as they are to drive this new area forward with momentum. Youll be joining a hardworking, supportive, and inclusive team and company who put the customer at the heart of everything they do and take pride in their work and their brand.What the Website Delivery Manager will be doingThe ideal Website Delivery Manager will be required to help support this new area of Digital to hit the long term goals the company has set out currently.

  • They are looking for someone who can help get 80% of the organisations contacts through the digital platform within 7 years
  • They are looking for someone to oversee the maintenance and upgrades the companys website
  • They need someone to help develop big changes within Digital to meet the organisations targets and project deadlines.
What the successful Website Delivery Manager will bring to the teamThey are looking for someone who has the following:
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering digital customer services and enabling improved service and efficiency. Experience of Microsoft Manager, Mulesoft, Global Pay, Social Media platforms is desirable
  • 5 years+ demonstrable experience in leading a high performing team delivering exceptional results.

  • Be able to conduct horizon scanning
  • Able to get the business onboard new changes/developments
  • Help with business engagement
  • Strong communication skills
  • Leadership and guidance skills
