Job Description

Telesales (Part Time)Meyer Scott Ref: VR/08668Salary: £11.50 per hourLocation: Yaxley, CambridgeshireType: TemporaryOur clients provide PPE and hygiene products to Care Homes and Residential premises.The position will suit self-motivated professional Telesales person. Our customer data is sourced has been put together from over the years via Google searching, marketing and internal enquiries.

  • Create appointments from company data provided.
  • Establish rapport and conduct a thorough professional telephone presentation of the company products to customers, explaining and highlighting their benets and value relevant to the customers needs.
  • Generate sales leads and enhance sales potential on incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
  • Handling customers objections.
  • Develop long term collaborative relationships with customers over the telephone.
  • Proactively gain new accounts, repeat business, and generate qualified leads for the business through outgoing sales calls.
  • Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of customer service.
  • You will be required to provide the Sales Representatives with qualified leads and appointments.
  • Make customer care calls to existing customers to maintain good customer relationships, generating customer referrals and new sales leads.
  • Attend company meetings where necessary.
You will be:
  • Knowledge and experience of principles and practices of direct sales
  • Experience in making telemarketing calls and telephone presentations.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles
  • Knowledge of basic business principles
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant computer use and applications.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Numerate and Literate to GCSE standard.
Hours: 16 hours a week (flexible to suit)
