Job Description

The roleWe are currently recruiting for a People Systems and Insight Manager to join our HR team. This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover for a maternity leave. The People Systems & Insights Manager is responsible for the implementation, development, support,maintenance, and governance of the systems used within the People team and managing supplier relationships. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the wider People Department, and business with various system, data projects and initiatives.As the People Systems and Insights Manager, your main duties will include;

  • System maintenance & continuous improvement/development of systems
  • Liaise with the provider as necessary to resolve HR system outage/issues and work on improvements
  • Work with the People Services team to review processes and offer system solutions to enhance these
  • Supplier management; liaising with system providers
  • Create, manage and support People team and business reporting & insights
  • Continuous communications with the People team, so knowledge is continually shared
  • Be the HR systems and data specialist stakeholder on projects
  • Expert and super user on people data and reporting analysis
  • Developing and maintaining periodic and adhoc data quality reports
  • Manage change requests, configuration, and system enhancements with providers
  • Ensure data management and processes are management in line with GDPR regulations
  • Key point of contact for system and data queries
In order to be successful, you will have experience of working in a similar role, have extensive HRIS knowledge/ experience. A Solid understanding of HR and the employee life cycle and good knowledge of GDPR / data regulations. Be an advanced user of MicrosoftExcel, with ability to run reports, review data, analyse and problem- solve. Possess excellent systems experience, to include Access/Select HR and Sage (Snowdrop) experience. Ideally experience of using Crystal Reports. It would be advantageous if you hadknowledge of Basic SQL/Query Builder.
