Our client is a highly reputable regional Chartered Accountancy firm, a well-established business who have been providing clients of all sizes and sectors with a first-class service for decades.They a well-known to have a friendly and professional team and are highly respected in their market.We are proud to be partnering with the firm to recruit an experienced Accountant to work from their Cambridgeshire office, a role created in response to their success and growth.As a recently qualified or finalist level Accountant, reporting to the Partners your role will involve: Creating accounts for clients from a diverse range of sectors and sizes including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, for Partner review. Preparing P11ds, VAT and CIS returns. Occasionally preparing Management Accounts and assisting client with bookkeeping plans.As one of the senior Accountants in the team, you will also Train and support junior team members where required Act as primary client liaison with regular contact in person or by telephone, including supporting them with interpreting management accounts and financial information.The firm takes pride in developing and promoting staff where deserved and can demonstrate this, as a number of Partners having progressed through the ranks to their present position.To apply for this fantastic career opportunity, you will be at least Part Qualified or Qualified (ie ACA, ACCA, ICAS) with proven success in an accountancy firm providing the same services.Ideally you will have worked with Cloud-based software systems such as Xero, Kashflow and Sage.
