Job Description

Prosure Auditor Competitive salary, dependent on skills and experience, plus excellent benefits packageFull time and part time consideredHome based role with flexible working available out of our regional officesThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new business initiative within an established compliance and software business, working with key stakeholders across the business to help develop and deliver a suite of contractor and supplier related safetyand procurement services.You will be responsible for supporting clients, contractors, and suppliers in their use of our services, checking and verifying safety credentials, RAMS and documents to SSIP and other pre-defined standards.This role will suit a personable, committed, and pragmatic professional who is keen to progress within a growing organisation. The successful candidate will be a great communicator, with a technical mindset, and a passion for helping clients.This is a great opportunity for the right candidate with ambition and drive to make an impact, develop a team, and play a key part in the future success of this new division.Key Activities

  • Required to check, audit and verify safety credentials and documents to various standards, including SSIP.
  • Processing assessments using an online portal.
  • Providing clear and concise responses to applications, offering support, advice and guidance to clients in relation to their submission.
  • Undertaking reviews of submitted risk assessments, method statements, policies and procedures to an agreed standard.
  • Promote and where possible identify opportunities to improve the excellent service standards of William Martin Compliance.

Essential Criteria
  • SSIP Auditor experience, or equivalent
  • Minimum diploma level qualified
  • 2 years post-qualification experience
Desirable
  • CDM knowledge or competence
  • IRCA certified
  • GradIOSH/CMIOSH
