Landlord and Contractor PaymentsReceipting in rent daily from the client account on to our property management software.Ensure landlords have detailed statements and contractor invoicesFollow agreed processes for chasing any late rent payments.Managing insurance claims for rent recovery and repossessions where necessaryBank reconciliation of client account Pay contractors at least twice weeklyAdministration on tenancy changes e.g. check in, renewals, check out Managing all finance admin when setting up tenanciesEnsure tenancy deposit is registered within our scheme Negotiate & produce renewed tenancy agreementsProcess deposit returnsCustomer Enquiries Great customer service is a constant focus, therefore: Handle all customer contact and conversations promptly, in a warm, professional and helpful manner.Accurately collect all relevant information for each customer contact, and immediately record details on database.Maintain a good general knowledge of the Companys services, operations and developments to ensure customer enquires can be handled efficiently.For full Job Description please enquire
