SIG Plc. is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interiors products and as a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.We are currently looking to recruit a Pricing Director to set an effective pricing strategy and policies in line with Group strategy and market dynamics and engage with third parties to adopt world-class pricing technologies and practices.You will work with the Board Management to ensure pricing strategy and polices are delivering the financial targets of the business and with Divisional teams to co-ordinate the setting of the pricing framework.What does the role involveAs the Pricing Director, you will design the overall Pricing strategy in cooperation with the Divisional teams and plans for the UK and design the pricing policies and procedures to set the foundation for delivering the overall Pricing strategyand plans. You will lead on data analytics and drive commercial changes through understanding and interpreting the data to drive change and monitor compliance to pricing policies and procedures and support Divisional Pricing and Commercial management withrecognising and rewarding successes and with applying corrective action where required and drive continuous improvement across price management.The successful candidate will: Proven ability to drive and interpret and action data analytics to drive changes Significant senior management experience gained within a pricing role in a decentralised / devolved matrix business Proven leadership skills with demonstrated ability to articulate corporate vision and translate that into effective strategy and plans Proven ability to drive implementation of strategy and plans through effective collaboration and engagement in local decentralised markets Strong commercial skills supported by a pragmatic approach and not afraid to get into the detail when required In return we offer: Highly Competitive salary with annual pay award and excellent bonus scheme Car or car allowance 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays.
