Job Description

Personal AssistantLocation: St Ives, CambridgeshireSalary: £25,000 per annumOur client is a successful provider of multiple key services ranging from facilities management, dilapidations, office fit outs, space planning, shop fitting and with the use of their other companies, waste management, removals and cleaning on a commercialscale.The directors of the business are looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to help with the day to day running of the businesses. The role is ever changing and has a lot of potential for career progression.Job DescriptionThe role with will be providing confidential support to the directors of the business and the key responsibilities are below:

  • Managing confidential correspondence/data and phone calls
  • Preparing agendas for meetings, taking notes, and tracking agreed actions
  • Collating and processing expenses/bills/receipts etc
  • Managing the directors emails
  • General administrative duties
  • Office management/guidance and smooth running of the office.
Note: The above is not an exhaustive list and responsibilities may vary dependent on the need of the role and the business.Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
  • Experience working with finance/accounts within a business
