As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the office, ensuring compliance to company policies.During this time you will only be required the office for a couple of hours each day with the rest of the time working from home. Our Office is COVID secure with a limited number of staff onsite.Key Responsibilities:+ Welcome employees and visitors into the building+ Support the on-boarding of new employees by providing them with an office tour+ Ensuring stationary, kitchen supplies and other consumable stock levels are maintained at all times+ Sort and distribute all incoming post and deliveries+ Manage office suppliers on a day to day basis ensuring that contracts and insurance documentation are up to date+ Ensure scheduled maintenance tasks are completed on time+ Complete accounting duties such as overtime processing and reporting, credit card reconciliation, invoice and purchase orders+ Manage the administration of the company pool vehicles+ Health and Safety administration including Fire Safety and First Aid requirements+ Support the office with general administrative tasks+ Support the Customer Inception Manager with ad-hoc tasksAbout You:+ Previous experience undertaking an office administration role is essential+ Proficient in the use of MS packages including Word, Excel and Outlook+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written+ Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships and work cross functionally and interact confidently+ Solid planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work+ Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and adhere to deadlines+ Ability to carry out tasks to a high standard with a strong eye for attention to detail and thorough approach to their work+ The ability to work independently with minimal supervision+ Proactive and flexible with a "can do" attitude+ Team player - understands the importance of teamwork+ Educated to A Level (or equivalent)Benefits & Perks:Includes: 25 days annual leave, life assurance, healthcare cash plan, employee assistance programme, on-line discounts & savings platform, free parking, spot bonus scheme, recruitment bounty scheme, dress down Friday, free fruit, Fundraising, Sports & Social club.Additional Information:+ Must have the right to live and work in the UK+ Must meet Security Clearance vetting requirements as this is a requirement of the role+ Must have full UK driving licence and access to own transport to get between sites+ Any offer would be conditional upon the successful candidate passing a full DBS national security vetting process+ Compliance to ISO27001, ISO20000, ISO9001 & ISO22301 is essential to our business.
