THEY ARE COVID 19 READY!Operating from very smart offices they are located in easy access of the A14 and have plenty of free parking available.They are really keen to find an Administration Assistant with excellent verbal and written communication, an eye for detail and a good telephone manner to join the team.Key Responsibilities· Take responsibility for all works required.· Set up and configure client programs of work and batch (group) them appropriately.· Input orders into our bespoke CRM system, contacting clients, booking in surveyor visits, booking appointments on the bespoke computer system, pre-check the lab reports, send reports to the client.· Help to maintain our reputation for customer service and create an excellent first impression by answering incoming calls, directing calls to the right person & greeting visitors to the office, ensuring they are well looked after.· Support the work of colleagues by making telephone calls to residents to arrange appointments and updating records· Ensure that works run smoothly and efficiently by contacting colleagues and providing them with all the information required to undertake the job.· General Admin duties to include; stationery ordering, shredding, outgoing post, collating reports and data entry.Other Useful aspects of the Role· The work of the Administration department is closely monitored internally through the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). It is therefore essential that all members of the team work closely together to meet the targets set for the department.· Working closely with colleagues in the Administration team, Regional Managers, Surveyors, residents and clients.· Dealing with occasional difficult tenants, ensuring programs of work are completed within the timescale required.Competencies· Strong organisational skills· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Previous experience in an administration or customer service role would be advantageous.· A full clean driving license and access to own transport would be an advantage due to the office location.Hours: 9am - 5pm.
