Job Description

My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire are currently on the look out for an Office Manager to join their team on Full-Time permanent basis. Offering a salary of £24-28k depending on experience. A position has arisen for an Office Manager role. The main day-to-day duties will include: Overseeing general office operation Assisting with accounts procedures Chase Suppliers Quote Chasers Quotations Data Entry Email Queries Purchasing goods & services Provide holiday cover Requirements: The successful candidate must have a good telephone manner and experience in Microsoft Word & Excel. Some knowledge of Pegasus Opera and/or Quickbooks On-line would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given. Commitment, enthusiasm, self-motivationand good interpersonal skills along with a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks are essential.
