Job Description

Contract Administrator - Cambridge, United KingdomI am currently looking to hire a Contracts Administrator. The role will be reporting to the UK & Europe Administration Manager supporting their efforts in delivering the service to the clients in a timely and effective manner.Good communication will be a key aspect of this roll as day-to-day responsibilities will be coordinating a team of both on-site staff and sub-contractors across sites in the UK and Europe.Typical duties include:

  • Proactively communicate with clients daily in a professional, efficient manner.
Coordinate with Contract Managers, sub-contractors and on-site staff to schedule planned and reactive works.
  • Work closely with the Contract Manager to order materials and coordinate projects.
  • Ensure databases remain up-to-date at all times.
  • Attend regular meetings with Administration Manager, Contract Managers, contractors and clients.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Contract Managers.
  • File work logs, maintenance documents, and time sheets.
  • Answer phones and keep call records.
  • Raise Work Orders and Purchase Orders on our system (Maximo).
  • Participate in all aspects of the production and distribution of customer invoices.
  • Process invoices from sub-contractors and suppliers.
