Job Description

My client based in St Ives is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and offering a salary of £20-25,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a support role reporting to the Office Manager. As well as normal office duties such as taking calls, organising post, stationary, printing etc you will also learn how to produce Purchase Orders, Order Acknowledgements, Sales invoices as well as thebasics of international shipping. Other skills and responsibilities: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially Word, Excel and Outlook Preferably a working knowledge of Quickbooks Excellent telephone manner Handling postage machines Looking after stationary and other office supplies Collating delivery notes, entering invoices & sorting paper work out neatly for the accounts team Creating purchase orders Creating O/As, shipping invoices, delivery notes and sales invoices Looking after visitors, taking minutes in meetings Organising events such as training days, Christmas parties etc If you feel you have the skills and experience above please send your CV to
