Job Description

Working for this St Ives based organisation you will:

  • Promptly answerincoming calls and connectcallers.
  • Arrange import and export shipments and calculate estimated taxes, duties and costs
  • Photocopy, scanand electronic file
  • Assistwith the running of facilities which includes maintaining stock levels, the refilling of coffee machines
  • Placestationery ordersanda weekly order for office refreshments and cleaning products
  • Managedaily lunch orders and organisethe quarterly company meeting buffets
  • Assistin annual contract renewals, collecting quotes and reviewing terms and conditions, raising any areas of concern to the Office Manager.
  • Booktravel as and when required, including car hire, flights, hotels etc
  • Bookvenues for offsite company meetings and training sessions
  • Organise companys social events and Christmas party
  • Undertake any other duties for the team as and when required
