Are you Looking for a professional IT Field Service Engineer position where you will become the face of the business in providing technical support directly to customers Do you want to join an organisation where they will provide you with the training anddevelopment opportunities to increase your skills If so then this could be the next opportunity for you! Start Date: Location: Hours: 40 hours a week 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, Training & Development opportunities, Pension scheme, Perkbox discounts, Overtime available What you will be doing: - Providing end user and infrastructure support on clients sites including computers, mobile devices, Antivirus, Firewalls, Networking issues Printers etc - Collecting hardware required for repairs and delivering and installing new hardware to clients on site - Support clients with and guidance on how to use products/hardware - Complete basic CAT5 and CAT6 cabling repairs - Working through project and incident tickets and ensuring documentation for clients is kept updated - Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues and is necessary escalate these to the problems to the Technical Experts About you: - Confident user of Microsoft 365 and knowledge of IT Networking, WAN, LAN, WLAN - Working knowledge of Windows servers, Windows Desktop, Microsoft Exchange - Keen problem solver who can support with issues with hardware such as printers, phone devices etc - Excellent communication skills as you will be the face of the business to the clients - Calm and approachable manner - Relevant IT qualification would be desirable but not essential - Logical thinker and able to cope well under pressure - Full clean driving licence If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
