Job Description

Job Title: Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) AdministratorKey Benefits:

Job Overview: We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as IFA Administrators. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting our Independent Financial Advisors and contributing to theoverall success of our organisation. We are open to considering candidates with or without industry experience, with a strong emphasis on attitude and tech-savviness.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems.
  • Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
