My client based in St Ives Cambridgeshire is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to the MD on a full time permanent basis. Offering 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely, salary up to £40,000 depending on experience! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Working as a partner to the Managing Director, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for: Managing the calendar Coordinating internal and external meetings and conferences worldwide Arranging both domestic and international travel schedules Processing and approving expense reports Preparing spreadsheets, memos, documentation, presentations and reports utilizing MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Prioritizing and organizing tasks and information based on the corporate year calendar to support the Managing Director Acting as contact when the Managing Director is unreachable Organizing personnel events Handling incoming mail and coordinating with the logistics team Ordering office supplies Greeting and directing visitors and answering telephones, taking messages and recognizing top priority calls QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function in an international company - experience working with an Executive is essential Bachelor degree, in a relevant subject area, office administration You have proven organizational skills and know how to efficiently handle all tasks accurately and in a timely manner You take pride in working with the highest levels of attention to detail, completing work to excellent standards, as well as working independently and eager to learn more about the industry and company. You are able to set priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment and be able to reprioritize work as necessary You are a critical thinker, a person with a "can do it" attitude and a strong personality You are an excellent communicator - able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner You have integrity and are discrete, reliable and dedicated Excellent knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) You speak and write fluently in English If you have the skills and experience listed above please send your CV to
