Job Description

Digital Marketing Executive - HubspotHybrid - 3 days on siteSt Ives Cambridgeshire£40,000 - £45,000I am currently working with an outstanding business based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire who are going through a period of growth. Having partnered with the business for a number of years it is a great time to join and will be an excellent move for the right candidate.The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for driving customer growth and lead generation, with a focus on digital marketing activities such as CRM marketing, email outreach, paid social media and various other performance marketing channels. You willmanage the businesses acquisition activity, working with other membersof the marketing team to optimise channel mix used to generate qualifiedmeetings for business development. Work in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager and business developmentteam to support prospect outreach activity using Hubspot and marketing technologystack to prospect and nurtureleads.As well asplaning, executing, optimising and reporting on targeted lead-generation campaigns, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, executing, and optimising email marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Monitoring and analysing email campaign performance, A/B test to improve results, and provide regular reports.
  • The implementation of the HubSpot marketing automation strategy, including but not limited to business development email outreach sequences and email marketing newsletters.
  • Develop customer journeys and automation workflows to nurture leads and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Use the contact data platform (TAMI) to find contacts and build target audience lists for lead generation.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop the company brand, presence and reputation among agreed target markets.
  • Execution of HubSpot strategy and maintenance of CRM platform.
  • Maintaining the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimisation.
For you to be successfulin this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Must have extensive knowledge and have worked with HubSpot marketing.
  • Cold email outreach experience
  • Paid social media experience
  • Understanding of campaign budget management
  • Establishing and measuring campaign KPIs to ensure reporting of ROI
  • Data management and PECR/ GDPR compliance
