Job Description

Meyer Scott Ref: VR/08901Location: St IvesSalary: £23,000 - £25,000 p.a.Office Based Permanent RoleSmall business who enjoys and very slow staff turnover. The business distributes small parts for the automotive and other industries. A couple of the team are about to retire in April, so they are hoping to recruit their replacements in time for a monthshand over.

  • Follow customer service policies and procedures.
  • Deal with customer orders and enquiries inputting enquires onto the system.
  • Provide feedback on order and enquiry levels.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Process effective work instructions for orders using the company MIS.
  • Liaise with both Production and Sales in order to fulfil client requirements.
  • Occasionally cover reception area with respect to meeting and greeting, liaising with couriers, deal with post, checking visitors in and preparing meeting rooms.
You will possess the following:
  • A good steady work history.
  • A minimum of 2 years office experience.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office.
  • They would prefer candidates to live locally.
